Cause:
The presentation or playlist path or filename is incorrect.
Solution:
Determine and use the correct path and filename.
To search for a presentation or playlist:
1) Click 'Start' to display the Windows 'Start' menu.
Start menu
2) Select 'Find'. (A submenu appears.)
3) Select 'Files or Folders...'. (The Find: All Files dialog box appears.)
4) Type one of the following in the 'Named' box:
*.ppt
(for a presentation)
*.lst
(for a play list).
Type '*.ppt' or ;*.lst' in the 'Named' box
5) Type the desired drive in which to search in the 'Look in' box.
6) Click 'Find Now'. (Any files found appear in the list at the bottom of the dialog box.)
7) Look through the files found for the desired presentation or play list.
8) When found, write down the correct path and filename to use in the PowerPoint Viewer.
